O God, who blessed Frederick, your bishop and martyr, with the grace of courage in the face of adversity, grant, we pray, that we may have courage to overcome all adversity (mention your request).
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
