O God, who adorned blessed John de Britto with apostolic zeal and love of the poor, grant us, through his intercession, to proclaim Christ with humility and perseverance (mention your request).
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
