O God, who infused the heart of blessed José de Anchieta with zeal for evangelization and love for the peoples of Brazil, grant us, through his intercession, to proclaim Christ with courage and serve those most in need (mention your request).
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
