Our Lady of Schoenstatt
Feast day: October 18
Thrice Admirable Mother of the Schoenstatt Movement, founded in 1914 in Germany.

The Schoenstatt Apostolic Movement was founded by Father Joseph Kentenich on October 18, 1914, in Vallendar, Germany.
Kentenich consecrated the movement to the Mother of God under the title Thrice Admirable Mother, asking for a shrine of graces.
The small original oratory became the «founding shrine,» replicated in hundreds of places worldwide.
Schoenstatt spirituality emphasizes covenant of love with Mary, Christian education, and sanctification of daily work.
Kentenich survived the Dachau concentration camp, where he deepened the spirituality of covenant.
The movement's liturgical feast is October 18. She is invoked for families, educators, and renewal of society.
