O God, who on this day led blessed John Gualbert, your confessor, through the path of perfect charity, grant, we pray, that by his intercession we may be enabled to love our enemies and to obtain your pardon (mention your request). Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
