O God, who in wonderful ways strengthened your blessed confessor Hyacinth, who by his preaching and miracles and by the example of his religious life made him a pillar of the Church, grant that with his help we may walk in the way of your commandments (mention your request).
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
