O God, who taught blessed Hedwig to leave the pomp of royalty for the humble following of your Son, grant, we pray, that through her intercession we may learn to reject worldly prosperity and embrace your cross (mention your request).
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
