O good Saint Gerard, powerful intercessor before God and wonder-worker, I implore your help with deep trust. Obtain for me from God the grace I ardently desire (mention your request), and help me to live in holiness and to trust in divine Providence in every need.
O Saint Gerard Majella, pray for us. Amen.
