To the saint of urgent causes, we ask intercession to overcome procrastination and obtain graces with holy haste.

Glorious Saint Expeditus, holy warrior and protector of those facing difficult and urgent causes, I ask you to intercede for me before the Lord (mention your intention).
Grant me courage and holy urgency to do good, and drive from me sloth and procrastination.
Amen.
