Almighty ever-living God, who gave Saint Cajetan to your people as an example of the apostolic life and as an intercessor for their salvation, grant that, by following his example, we may seek your glory above all things and attain the reward of eternal life (mention your request).
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
