To the Immaculate Virgin who appeared at Lourdes, we ask health, conversion, and trust in God's mercy.

O Immaculate Mary, who deigned to appear at Lourdes to manifest the glory of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and to confirm the Church's teaching on the Immaculate Conception, hear the prayer we offer with filial trust (mention your request).
Grant us the grace to live in fidelity to the Gospel and to persevere in faith.
Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for us. Amen.
