O Our Lady of Fatima, have mercy on us, convert us, save us. O sorrowful and Immaculate Virgin, Queen of the Rosary and Mother of the Church, hear the prayer we offer with trust (mention your request).
Intercede with your Divine Son that the world may know peace and that all may receive the grace of conversion.
Amen.
When to pray
On May 13 (feast of Our Lady of Fatima), on the 13th from May to October, during the month of the Rosary, or whenever praying for peace and conversion.
