To the Mother who aids Christians, we ask protection for the Church, families, and youth.

O Mary, powerful Virgin, great and illustrious defender of the Church, wonderful help of Christians, terrible as an army in battle array, you alone destroyed all heresies in the whole world; in our anguish, in our struggles, in our afflictions, defend us from the enemy (mention your request); and at the hour of death, receive our souls into Paradise.
Amen.

On May 24 (feast of Mary Help of Christians), in times of trial for the Church, or when seeking Mary's maternal help.
