O Mary, Queen and Beauty of Carmel, venerated Mother of the Savior, Mother of God, Mother of the Church, through your Scapular you have bound us to you in friendship.
Show yourself, O Immaculate Virgin, by this holy habit which I receive with love and devotion, my protectress and my Mother, and grant me the grace to keep purity of body and soul, to live and die as your devoted child of Carmel, and to reach eternal life.
Amen.
When to pray
When receiving the scapular for the first time, when renewing Carmelite devotion, on July 16, or daily as a sign of consecration to Mary.
