Consecration to Mary is an act of filial entrustment to the Mother of God, committing body, soul, and life to her.

O my Lady, my Mother, I offer myself entirely to you, and as proof of my devotion to you, I consecrate to you this day my eyes, my ears, my mouth, my heart, and my entire being.
Because I am wholly yours, O incomparable Mother, guard me and defend me as your possession and property.
